The One-to-One Institute is the catalyst for changing the way teachers teach and students learn based on the proven result of Michigan's Freedom to Learn program. With our guidance and resources, states and school districts can begin to fully integrate technology as the key ingredient in reform and transformation.

The only reason this is about race is because the school district has yet to do its job in educating children of color.

The only school that let me in was U.C. Santa Cruz, which is where I went. They didn't have a journalism program, so I took sociology, which is the closest thing to journalism.

The pledge says 'I won't smoke in the high school and I won't smoke on school grounds. The last part says I will try by my actions to be a positive influence and help my friends so they don't smoke.

The point is the safety of the kids (getting on and off school buses).
