The one thing that's so great about Pam is that she never gets rattled. Things get hectic around here sometimes and you have all of these press conferences called with coaches being released and all of the other normal day-to-day environment within an athletic department.

The online travel and lodging industry clearly needs to improve its reliability. Simply put, when your site is unavailable to consumers you lose business. Marriott sets the standard for site reliability and responsiveness in the lodging industry. It is very rare for one site to top our rankings in both these areas, so clearly Marriott is the site to model after from a technical standpoint.

The players really didn't see anything. I think the coaches knew a little bit more about what happened. It was extremely unfortunate for all parties involved and a sad, very sad incident.

The people who now vote in the polls coaches and writers do not have enough time to watch a lot of football. We wanted to take advantage of all this experience and expertise we have in these great former coaches. Who better to judge teams than the people who have coached the game?

The perception is that somehow they're paper tigers, and they aren't. Everybody needs to hope the higher seeds hold on and win their tournaments. If Gonzaga had gotten beat the other night, that would have taken up one of the other spots.
