The one thing we wanted to do was get them in physical condition. The mind is the first thing to go. It controls everything.

The one unambiguous winner today is Barry Diller. It doesn't solve all of his problems, but he's better off than he was before.

The only factors that actually prevented the first quarter from slipping into negative territory ... were the high starting point heading into it and the pre-war spending and inventory building we saw in January. As far as the second quarter is concerned, we are clearly losing momentum as we approach it.

The only reason I'd say no to that is because it's the type of player he is. We have other guys that can fill in in certain spots, but it's the athlete, it's the versatile 6-6, 6-7 athlete that can guard inside guys and guards, and that's where it creates some problems for us. It's not really replacing apples to apples. Anybody else that we replace him with is a completely different kind of athlete.

The only thing I do know is that they're running every test possible to find out as much information as they can.
