The one thing that's so great about Pam is that she never gets rattled. Things get hectic around here sometimes and you have all of these press conferences called with coaches being released and all of the other normal day-to-day environment within an athletic department.

The one thing the guys have done an inch more than last year was coming out and challenging themselves even more. I said this last year that they challenged themselves, but this year they have added onto that.

The one thing they've done better than anyone else is find a way to incorporate young players into their team and yet do it in an environment in which they maintain very high expectations,
