The only certain means of is to render more and better service than is expected of you, no matter what your task may be.

The only frustrating thing is that we haven't had all the pieces in place. The group that's healthy has gotten a lot better. They have great team chemistry, so really, and it's even hard for me to believe, that I've really enjoyed coaching this team. None of us like losing, but it's a pretty mature group. I hope for their sake we get a few more wins.

The only reason I'd say no to that is because it's the type of player he is. We have other guys that can fill in in certain spots, but it's the athlete, it's the versatile 6-6, 6-7 athlete that can guard inside guys and guards, and that's where it creates some problems for us. It's not really replacing apples to apples. Anybody else that we replace him with is a completely different kind of athlete.

The only thing a coach can do is to continue to train, build players' confidence, continue to believe in them, or make personnel changes, ... Players with the kind of experience that we have should be finishing their opportunities...that's what they're paid for, that's what they're here for, that's what they're on the field for.

The only thing certain right now is that we are uncertain.
