The one thing that stands out is that they fly around to the ball. They have a real high level of intensity in their players on defense. Until the whistle is blown, they fight and get to the ball carrier. They never give up.

The ongoing battle of the last eight years has not been to allow us to live in our homes and pay rent to the city of New London until we die.

The only assurance we have is, because we won our league, we would be in the NIT. All respect to the NIT, but that's not where these kids want to go.

The only control really is the next election if they don't commit a felony in office. Everybody wants to be sheriff. Lots of men have sheriff fantasies. It could be a little macho. There's something to be said for being the chief law enforcement officer in the county.

The only difference between us and them is that we won two overtime games and they lost three.
